I applied my skills as a prosecutor to help deconstruct the State's cases. I extensively sought out and worked with leading experts in their respective fields on how they could benefit our cases.

“In addition to my criminal practice, I also became involved in civil litigation,” continued Jessie Weissman of Sarasota, FL. “Notably, I was working on litigation regarding a real estate transaction where our client was defrauded out of over a million dollars. I conducted depositions and argued motions to maintain a lis pendens on the property to prevent the defendant from selling the real estate.”
